Jerry Steinhilber’s Bellingham, WA-based trio features Josh Cook’s full-throated tenor saxophone soaring over the propulsive rhythms generated by King Dahl’s bass and Steinhilber’s drums — a close-knit rhythm section relationship that has spanned decades. The interplay between the three musicians is palpable, resulting in a truly cohesive, group sound. The trio will be playing selections from their new live releases, The Jerry Steinhilber Trio LIVE Volume 1 & 2.
