Vancouver-based trumpeter and composer, Thad Bailey-Mai, reunites his original quartet project for a very special occasion. With a distinctively colourful sound, Thad's trumpet playing draws from many different branches of the jazz lineage, old and new. His genre-defying compositions are built upon memorable melodies, and adventurous harmonic paths. Thad will be bringing in a stellar line-up of internationally renowned musicians: Montreal-based Mili Hong on drums, Montreal-based Eli Davidovici on bass, and NYC-based guitarist, David Blake.
