Frankie’s Jazz Club presents a special evening of dinner and music to celebrate this Valentine’s Day with JAMILE. Originally from Brazil, Jamile combines her passion for Brazilian music, jazz and soul into a sound of her own, captivating audiences wherever she goes. The rising star vocalist makes her Vancouver debut. Powerhouse pianist Miki Yamanaka is no stranger to Vancouver audiences, having performed at Jazz @ The Bolt in 2023. Yamanaka has called New York City home since 2012 and in the past decade has wasted no time establishing herself as one of the leading personalities of her generation on the piano and beyond. Saxophonist Steve Wilson has attained ubiquitous status in the studio and on stage with the greatest names in jazz as well as critical acclaim as a bandleader in his own right. A musician's musician, Wilson has brought his distinctive sound to more than 100 recordings led by such celebrated and wide-ranging artists as Chick Corea, George Duke, Michael Brecker, Dave Holland and Mulgrew Miller, among many others. Your reservation will include both your intimate table and a choice, three-course dinner to compliment the evening’s performance. Your seating will be confirmed once you pre-pay for your show’s performance tickets. The three-course dinner price of $95 per person will be extended to your guest check that evening.
