DAVID HODGSON QUARTET

New York-based saxophonist David Hodgson returns to his hometown for an evening of exciting musical reunions with mentors and old friends. Before moving to New York City - where he is currently pursuing a Master's of music from the Manhattan School of Music, David had established himself as one of the most ambitious and in-demand young musicians in Toronto. He approaches music with a commitment to community, energy, lyricism, and Black American musical traditions. David will lead a quartet featuring Tilden Webb - piano, Jodi Proznick - bass, and Nicholas Bracewell - drums.
