Tamas Balai is a recent alumnus of Capilano University, where he studied Jazz Performance and Composition. It was at Capilano University where he met the other members of his quartet, David Caballero, Arvind Ramdas and Brad Turner. Together they will be playing a set composed of American Songbook tunes, original compositions and charts written by musicians such as Charlie Parker, Bud Powell, Chick Corea, and Tyler Henderson.
