Formed in 2004, the Jodi Proznick Quartet has become one of Canada’s most celebrated jazz ensembles, earning multiple awards and two JUNO nominations. The group features Jodi Proznick - bass, Tilden Webb -piano, Nick Bracewell - drums, and Jon Bentley (saxophones). The evening will feature original works from the quartet’s JUNO-nominated albums Foundations and Sun Songs, alongside inspired arrangements of music by Joni Mitchell, Duke Ellington, Joe Henderson, Freddie Hubbard, Kenny Wheeler and more — a vibrant celebration of jazz tradition and innovation.
